Bank Accounts
Are there any issues I should be aware of?
My purpose is to give you the clearest picture of your finances. As I work to do that, here are a few things to know:
- A Quick Refresh: To see your very latest data, sometimes a quick restart of the app helps me sync up perfectly for you.
- Double Entries: Occasionally, a bank might send a transaction twice. I'm learning to automatically spot and ignore these for you.
- Tagging Your Spends: I'm learning how you spend your money to tag everything perfectly for you. If I make a mistake, you can suggest the right tag with a simple tap.
- Joint and current accounts not discovered: Joint and current accounts aren’t fully supported yet because most banks don’t share this data through the Account Aggregator framework today. The RBI has asked banks to enable joint accounts, and some have already started rolling this out, but availability still varies by bank. Current accounts aren’t mandatory under AA, so support depends entirely on your bank.
- No data after granting permission: If you’ve granted permission to read your account data but nothing is showing up, it’s likely that your bank or depository temporarily declined the request at that time-this isn’t permanent. Some institutions have time-based restrictions; for example, SBI often doesn’t allow new account connections after 2 PM, and NSDL/CDSL may reject new consents during night hours, so please try again during the morning for best results.

Which of my bank accounts can I link?
You can instruct me to connect with most major Indian banks. As more banks join the government's secure system, I'll be ready to link them for you. As on 18th January 2026, I support 29 national banks and 18 RRBs (Regional Rural Banks) as mentioned below:

Why am I having trouble connecting my bank account?
On your behalf, I use the RBI's new, secure Account Aggregator (AA) system to connect to your banks. Since this technology is new, you might see small issues:
- Connection Glitches: Sometimes a bank's network is slow with OTPs or finding your account. This is usually temporary.
- Data from the Bank: I show you exactly what your bank sends me. If a number looks wrong, the bank likely sent it that way.
- Unsupported Accounts: For now, the banking system only allows me to connect with your single-holder savings accounts. Joint or current accounts aren't enabled by the banks yet fully. Although some banks may occasionally share joint accounts and current accounts data.
What types of bank accounts can you see?
Right now, you can link your and your family's single-holder savings accounts. The moment banks allow me to securely access your other accounts like joint accounts or FDs, I'll be ready to add them to your financial overview.
When do you refresh bank balance and transactions?
I sync with your banks once every day in the morning between 6:30 to 9:30 AM to keep your financial view fresh and up-to-date.
How do I stop you from tracking one of my accounts?
You are always in control. To disconnect an account:
Go to Settings > Manage Family > Select Member > Tap the bank account > Disconnect account.
When you do this, I will no longer have access to that account's data and will erase the tags and notes you've made for it.
I'm seeing a transaction twice. How do I fix this?
This is something a few banks do. If that happens, you can simply tap the extra transaction and choose 'Exclude from Cash Flow'. I'll then know to ignore it in your analysis.
Why doesn't the balance you show me match my banking app?
This is usually due to timing:
- Daily Sync: I update your entire financial picture once a day in the morning. A transaction you just made will appear after the next daily sync.
- Bank Delays: Some banks are slow in sending me your latest data, especially over weekends.
My bank isn't on your list. When will it be available?
I am ready to connect to any Indian bank. As soon as a bank joins the RBI's secure network, you will be able to link it through me.
How do I give you access to more of my accounts?
To get a clearer financial picture, you can add more of your accounts. Go to Settings > Manage Family > Pick the member > Tap the '+' icon.
I can't see my joint account.
I would love to include it for you, but the banking system doesn't yet support joint accounts on the secure network I use. As soon as it's possible, I'll be able to show it to you.
How do you access my banking data? Is it private?
Your privacy is the most important thing. I access your data only with your explicit permission through the RBI's 100% secure Account Aggregator (AA) system.
Think of it as a secure, digital postman. Your bank gives the postman a locked, sealed envelope with your data. The postman is 'data blind' and cannot see inside. They deliver it straight to me, and you have given only me the key to see what's inside. The process is completely private and secure.
Investments
Which investment instruments can you track?
I currently support all investment instruments available through the Account Aggregator ecosystem, such as mutual funds, stocks, ETFs, and NPS; other investments like bonds, PPF, and EPF aren't available yet, but the moment they go live in the AA ecosystem, I'll enable them for you.
Why should I link the same demat account multiple times for mutual funds, stocks and ETFs?
As per RBI guidelines, each asset must be linked individually even if they belong to the same demat account, which is why you may see the same demat account multiple times in the accounts filter and Manage Family section when different assets from the same demat are linked.
When do you refresh investment data?
To give you an accurate estimate of your current investment value, I need the latest stock prices and mutual fund NAVs; after a trading day ends, some AMCs may delay publishing NAVs, but prices are usually available by 11 AM, so I refresh investment data daily after 11 AM (except Saturday and Monday). If the automatic refresh fails, you can manually refresh a specific account.

How do you keep my financial life private?
Your data is for your eyes only. I am your financial alter ego and I can only see what you allow me to see. My access is completely secure, and I am 'data blind' to the developers who created me.
What is my data used for?
I use your data for one reason: to provide you with the services you ask for inside this app-to organize your finances and offer insights. I would never sell or share your data. That is not my purpose.
How do I lock the app so no one else can see my data?
This is your private space. You can use your phone's fingerprint or Face ID lock. Go to Settings and switch on 'Passcode and Face ID' to keep your information secure.
Can I delete my account and all my data?
Yes, you are in complete control. In Settings, you can choose to 'Delete Account'. If you do, I will erase all the financial data you have allowed me to access.
